25-Minute No-Plank Ab Workout With Jake DuPree

By now, you know that Jake DuPree loves planks, but just in case you’re over them, he put together a no-plank workout that will challenge your abs with exercises that incorporate light weights. You’ll be on the mat the entire time, but Jake has so many moves in his arsenal, you’ll be surprised how quickly the time flies. Jake will make you laugh throughout the workout, but trust us, the results are no joke!

  1. love this challenging ab workout. i broke my elbow so cant do planks, i love how he "keeps it moving" nice rythm to this class without too much of chatter. thank you Jake

  2. I love Jake but I felt really discouraged in this video when he kept changing the number he was counting down from each time. I try my hardest to stay in a post for say the last 5 seconds, and then he changes it and we have to do 5 more seconds. It becomes more of a mental game than anything, and I feel like could better distribute my strength and effort knowing how many reps we are doing, rather than being surprised each time that there’s more.

  3. I like Popsugar because I know I can always follow the modified version (300+ lbs I'm just starting here…) but there was none here and it made me sad because he would only throw out suggestions.
