  1. would've been a great practice if i was already good at yoga, but not for a beginner i'm afraid. there's miles between my hip and the floor where she's just straight up laying down on it, which obviously means this isn't for me as i can't do it right. it's okay tho, i'll just settle for yoga with Adriene for now lol

  2. This is another example of a Boho Beautiful routine that in under 30 minutes not only helps to stretch and strengthen your body, but also releases emotional tension and negative energy. This routine really touches all of your energy, especially opening root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, and throat chakras while maintaining a calming Yin energy if you are feeling emotionally over-stimulated for a more aggressive or energetic Yoga flow.

    I found cathartic tears flowing down my cheeks and a restored calm after hitting the mat for this routine, when all I wanted to do before I started was retreat back to my bed from a sense of anxiety, panic and deep sadness so heavy I just wanted to shut the world out.
