Cluster Beans & Potato Fry
Ingredients:
Method:
Take a pan, Add Oil
Add Mustard Seeds
Add 3 Red Chillies
Add Extra Oil which we are going to drain out
Add Cluster Beans
Just Boil it in Oil & Don’t Fry it
This method helps retaining Green Colour
Now Drain out the Excess Oil
Add 5-6 Garlic pods
Add ½ tsp Turmeric
Add Salt to taste
Add 1 chopped Onion
Saute it for a minute
Add Slit Green Chillies
Add Chopped Potato
Add 2 Chopped Tomatoes
Cook it closed for 5 Minutes
Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder
Add 1 tsp Pepper Powder
Add Coconut & Poppy seeds powder

Beetroot Spinach Fry
Ingredients:
Take Water in a bowl & Boil
Add diced Beetroot in hot water
Add a cube of Butter
Cook it closed till beetroot is soft
Take a pan
Add Oil
Add 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Add 2-3 Red Chillies
Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Add 1 tsp Urad dal
Add 1 tsp Chana dal
Add 3-4 chopped Garlic
Add 1 chopped Onion
Add Salt to taste
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add chopped Spinach
Add 2 tsp Chilli Powder
In the last add Freshly Grated Coconut
