Hello everyone! I hoped you enjoyed this video and my journey on a water fast! I wanted to touch on a few points that I didn’t quite get to in this video!

*I went back and forth between regular water and sparkling water. So long as your sparkling water doesn’t have any sugars or calories it will not break your fast.

*There is a debate on whether or not drinking coffee is fine while on a fast, and a lot of conflicting information, so I decided to just stick to water and not take any chances.

*I didn’t work out the last 2 days of my fast because, although you definitely could, and people have in the past, I was already having a stressful time at work and didn’t want to deplete my energy! That is not to say that you absolutely should NOT work out during your fast, at the end of the day you do what is best for you! Just be safe and I would recommend you replenish electrolytes!

*I would suggest starting a fast when you know you don’t have a lot going on! Plan out your fast during a time when you know your schedule will not be crazy because that can set you up for failure!

*I started my fast as a way to detox my body, and be able to start back up on my fitness journey, but I was also extremely happy and surprised at just how much weight I lost! I never expected to get down to 119lbs and since then I have dropped another 2 lbs to 117 lbs.
