Low-To-High Cable Pull (4 SETS: 10 reps per side)
Wood Chopper (4 SETS: 12 reps per side)
Stomach Vacuum (4 sets: 10 sec hold)
NO REST – Because you are doing one side at a time. As soon as you finish you can just keep going back and forth as the non-trained side is “resting” while working the opposite side for each exercise.
