I Gave up on Keto | Week 4 Weight Loss Journey | Nelly Toledo

I gave up on keto this week and actually saw results. If you have been following me on my weight loss journey you might already know that the Keto Diet was just not working out for me. I switched things around this week by still doing a low carb diet, a calorie deficiency, and intermittent fasting. I also had real food anxiety this week and sticking to my diet was EXTREMELY hard. I am happy to say I pulled through and actually saw some progress. Which surprised me because I was not expecting it.
