Here’s a little coffee boost with the added benefits of coconut water and chia.

Ingredients:

½ cup (125 mL) coconut water
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chia seed
1 tsp (5 mL) instant coffee
1 tsp (5 mL) unsweetened cocoa
2 ice cubes
½ banana, peeled of course

Method:
Combine in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Yield: 300 mL
Serves: 1
