Summer Fitness & Exercise Tips | Workout Routine To Help You Feel Great In Your Swimsuit

Want to know how I know that summer is here? Because, when I stand in line at the grocery store, I’m bombarded by magazine covers promising to give me a bikini body. I HATE THOSE HEADLINES!! The reason I strongly dislike all this messaging is that it not only shames women who will never have flat abs, but it also sets us up to fail.

There’s a difference between washboard abs and feeling great – And this workout is all about feeling awesome in your bathing suit. You’re going to targeted your thighs, glutes, abs, and arms, as well as a whole body workout with vigorous walking.
