Oats: 1/2 cup
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Ragi: 1/2 cup
Himalayan salt: 1/2 tsp
Italian seasonings: 1 tsp plus extra 1/2 tsp for garnish
Warm water: 3/4 tsp, add little by little.
Instant yeast: 1 tsp
coconut sugar: 3/4 tsp, or jaggery (gur)
desi ghee: 1 tsp
Paneer/cottage cheese: 20-25 gm
desi ghee: 1/4 tsp
Green chutney: 1 tbsp
Chopped capsicum and onion: 2 tbsp
A sprinkle of red chilly flakes
homemade curd: 2 tbsp or as needed.
You can have this as a filling meal, replace one meal with this and lose weight fast.
You can top with vegetables of your choice, like cooked mushrooms, grated carrots etc.
You can make this weight loss pizza base and store in fridge.
