How to make Masala Egg. So today i’m going to show you Masala Omelette Egg recipe, which goes really well with one of my previous videos of Masala Beans. Its awesome for breakfast or lunch and your family will love it!

Its really quick and easy, all the ingredients you can find in your local supermarket.

So lets get started.

You will need a Pan, a hand whisk, wooden spoon.

The ingredients you will need are
2 Eggs
1/2 tspn Fresh red green chillies, with garlic paste
1/2 tspn black pepper
1/2 tspn salt
1/2 tspn turmeric
1/2 tspn cumin
1 tbspn coriander leave
1 tbspn chopped spring onions
1 small onion chopped
1 tbspn chopped red pepper
2 tbspn sunflower oil.

Firstly we’re going to pre heat the oil on low heat just while i mix the ingredients

Were going add all the mixture into the pan and let that cook one side on medium heat for about 2 mins
