Meal Frequency And Weight Loss….How many meals should you eat to lose weight. The battle between Glucagon vs Insulin.

When you eat 3 meals per day or more, your body is always producing the storage hormone Insulin. When Insulin is up, Glucagon (the fat and sugar releasing hormone ) is down. Eating fewer meals each day is advantageous because it will put you in a better fat burning state.

When you are in a fasted state your body is burning stored energy like fat. Intermittent fasting (time restricted feeding) is a great way to keep Glucagon up and Insulin down.
