I like his work outs more with someone who has a bad back. All the lunges even for low impact is not always easy with all her fancy lunge change ups. Knowing that I shouldn't be struggling as mich such as other girls my age made me feel so terrible about working out but your positiv and motivational videos make me want so move and embrace myself.
