  1. Not a fan of all the lunges this woman does in every video. I like his work outs more with someone who has a bad back. All the lunges even for low impact is not always easy with all her fancy lunge change ups. I love the videos for the sweat I do with them but when she is the one "teaching" I tend to not follow along as well.

The beginning was tough not gonna lie but I made it through and it was really okay ^^ I am a healthy 20year old girl but I have been overweight my whole life so I struggle a bit when working out. Knowing that I shouldn't be struggling as mich such as other girls my age made me feel so terrible about working out but your positiv and motivational videos make me want so move and embrace myself. Thank you so much!

  3. I'm 51 and wanted to get back in shape and I've been doing this for a month now and I tried doing pushups last night and for the first time in 15 years I could do them!!! Ty so much for the encouragement and work out. Love you guys soo much !

At last I found the best workout that suits me, am a working mom, have no time to take my breath and bless u all I found out what i was looking for "YOU", please ur fan wants more of this 20mins workouts with fun syncing nonstop nice music, this is my favorite workout till now. I love u team body project and keep it up (from Egypt with love ❤️)

  5. I used to go to the gym 5 days a week until my asthma got extremely bad in dec 2019 and I had to stop going. I can't climb stairs without getting out of breath and wanted to find something that I could do without taking a bad coughing fit and this was perfect I made it through the workout and only coughed once…thank you 😁

  7. This is one of my faves of yours. Love the music especially "Real Low Low". "What a tune!!" I often come to this video after doing one of your other workouts and skip to the 13 minute mark just to hear Daniel say that and finish my workout. You are great motivators!
