  1. I'm loving this work out. Just this week started my strength & conditioning training been in training for my k1 kickboxing. Fight in may. Been in training camp. Now for a good month and half. Road running and padwork. And now. Beginning my strength & conditioning training now and seen this and I be doing this. As from next week. 3 times a week for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Aswell as all my other training 👍👍

  3. I’m loving this workout I’m doing this twice a week and then my usual bro splits at the gym. Finally getting some cardio in.
    However. It’s not quite total body it’s super weak on chest and hardly touches triceps.

    Also at the gym you can switch up weights. Go heavier on legs.

  5. Did this today as wanted easier workout as woke up not really in mood. Good, straightforward workout. I skipped the rests a fair bit to add more challenge. Got 5 rounds in. Push as hard as you feel you can (could be steady state of really have you puffing!) and it’s a great little burner if short on time 👍
