  5. Guys this works!!! I discovered this vid 2years ago when I was into butt exercises and this vid helped out my flat butt so much!! It definitely got rounder and my butt that was non existent is now looking much firmer. Seriously if u want to activate all three major muscle in your glutes, this vid will help u out. I did at least three times a week for 2 weeks and I stopped after seeing dramatic change. I came back here to work on it again. GOOD LUCK folks!

  7. Holy moly! I was only able to get to 11:25 , granted, I did some ab workouts prior and will add a few more after, I haven’t worked out in a while since COVID hit and now I’m paying the price! Let the sweat and tears start rolling!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    & she does 4 SETS of 20 for each of the 4 exercises!! She says she does 5 exercises a few times, but its only 4 & 4 sets of 20 for each exercise! Great workout tho!

  10. I’m sorry, but she misses count and doesn’t do full range of motion and goes way too fast. Everyone with big booty, knows full range and slow controlled motion and full reps will get results. Big round booty results. Shoot, thanks for the encouraging video but if she can make one why the heck can’t someone with full range?

If im the only one that heard when she was counting as soon she started counting once she hit 15 she skip to 17 she forgot to count 16 and then 17.but i kno she forgot and she is tored.i kno im tired for her just looking at her working out.but good job girl……i give it to her it save u money and a big rosk u take while u getting presijer done.
