I am just starting to get back into working out again other than my normal vigorous walks. I have 4 kids, 2 teens and 2 littles and my life has been so incredibly busy that I have had a hard time making time for exercise. I'm now 45 and feel myself getting flabby and my body changing in ways I do not like one bit. I'm incorporating this into my morning routine. I heard about you guys through Julie at Mama of 5 here on YouTube.<3
Really appreciated this. Was diagnosed with a wrist issue that will from here on out prevent pushups, weight lifting, planks, all of it….so keeping my muscle development is going to be challenging at age 44.
