As ever, a really well thought out and beautifully executed video that gets to the heart of the problem: stiff hips, without hurting your body. You are so good! 🙏💕🙏
Room for improvement. Didn’t realise it was a product selling video. Alternative suggested for the forward lean if knees aren’t great but then the whole next pose is reliant on you being able to do the initial position.
Inconsistent advice on one side to the other sometimes.
Good slow voice, easy to understand, nice backdrop.

Love your videos -but as a doctor I must say : don't takr vitamin d supplements if you didn't have checked your vitamin d level before!!! You can get intoxicated
