  2. Oh my goodness, I loved this! I'm not naturally flexible, so your stretches have been a blessing. This one was amazing; I got my heels on the ground in down dog, and a fan put my head on my feet in butterfly again! Thank you Boho for all your amazing work!

  4. Room for improvement. Didn’t realise it was a product selling video. Alternative suggested for the forward lean if knees aren’t great but then the whole next pose is reliant on you being able to do the initial position.

    Inconsistent advice on one side to the other sometimes.

    Good slow voice, easy to understand, nice backdrop.
