  2. I love all the videos, this just wasnt for me, my bands are kinda difficult to put on so put it in on and off was a task and I felt it was super slow, I´ll just jump to a different one

  4. I did this after a previous 20min Madfit ab session. For those who may want a bit more of a challenge, cut out the minutes in between by extending the workout, and get a higher resistance band throughout.
