  2. Ok..2days workout. Im going 2 try 2 do it without sneakers. 4 dome reason i always think i need sneakers on. Lol re-training the mind..! 😁💃
    Update: i really enjoyed this..i was prayin 4 20mins 2 b over!! 😆 but i enjoyed it. I actually added ankle weighs 4 the extra leg work with the abs. It was great! 💖💖💃💃👏

  5. I did this video for about two months (I had already been working with other ab vids) This is the best one I found. I am seeing my stomach muscles. I do this nearly everyday just once and it is now easy and effective!! Definitely try it.
