    day 1: was kinda hard but i did it.
    day 2: felt a little bit easier. i feel my muscles burning lol.
    day 3: i’m so happy i kept going. i am now starting to feel it in my lower back. it’s hard but it feels good to exercise.

  6. So i recently started to workout and my goal is to have an hourglass body type. I would like to gain more weigth on my legs and glutes, considering i want to gain more weigth does my diet still have to be balanced and healthy or eat more to gain more weigth?

  9. Besties i need help!! So i started this workout on Thursday 5 of August. I did it the next day as well but i didn't have the time to do it on Saturday and on Sunday (two days in a row). I also did the workout on Monday 9 of August and on Tuesday 10 of August and today (Wednesday 11 of August). I do it one time a day and afterwards i eat a banana and drink a smoothie or eat a greek yoghurt. Although, i haven't seen results yet. Is that normal?? My butt is one of biggest insecurities and i am sick of being ashamed of it, so i want to change it.

YALL I KNOW PEOPLE WONT SEE THIS BUT❤️‍🔥 i’ll try to do this for 2 weeks or even continue until i get to 1 month, i’ll be doing this as well as daisy keech quarantine butt workout, i will be doing monday, wedenesday and friday and occasionally if i feel like it also sunday. I will try my best to eat a lot of protein and make my self some protein shakes. ❤️‍🔥⚡️

    day 1: heart is definitely pumping! dont see any change yet but it is the first day…
    day 2: knees ache a bitnbut i dont have a mat! i feel a little stronger but booty still small! i trust the process tho >:))
