  2. Your Exercise is perfect!!!! I've been quitting gimnastik as i turned 14 and never did exercises since then. I've realised i can not bend myself anymore… I was was like, ashamed of myself cause i was back then with 10 and 11 years old national champion with my team… As today i'm making this trial and the streching one for begginers 🙂 thank you for the Motivation.
