Plan on doing this exercise twice a day for two weeks! So excited to tone back up! I’ll update along the way to let you know if these exercises actually work with toning
i have to be honest rn….. i stopped at 4:37 i cant do it anymore im sweating so much ive never worked out in my life before! this is too much ill try another time
I love this workout!! It’s a lot easier to maintain and push through muscle failure and i really feel good about myself every time i do it. Thank you so much. And we’ll be doing this workout more in the future
This work out is definitely not beginner friendly. I’ve done it many times and each time it puts so much strain on my neck and shoulders. Beware if you don’t have a lot of ab strength already built up you can hurt yourself.
