  4. I love this workout!! It’s a lot easier to maintain and push through muscle failure and i really feel good about myself every time i do it. Thank you so much. And we’ll be doing this workout more in the future

  5. This work out is definitely not beginner friendly. I’ve done it many times and each time it puts so much strain on my neck and shoulders. Beware if you don’t have a lot of ab strength already built up you can hurt yourself.
