  4. I've been doing this workout several times a week for about 6 months. I went from 5-8# weights to 15-20# weights, which is a big deal for me! I've been able to take the beginner basic moves and move then to be more advanced. These exercises are a great jumping off point!

  5. I've doing lots of cardio hiit. What I learned that it doesn't burn fat, so I started lifting weights, but ran out of ideas. Found this, which I'm looking forward to trying tomorrow, as its my rest day.
    Question. Why did u burn more calories than your wife. Is it because you're weights are heavier.

At 59 years old and after losing 85 pounds and getting to 25.4 BMI, I am ready to go to the next level. Thanks for your low key approach, it gives us beginners a great starting point!
