By March I saw such major improvements, I was feeling so good, confident, eating the best I've ever eaten in my life, then suddenly the world shut down. After months, basically a whole year, of not working out I found myself right back to where I started. I was discouraged, feeling bad about myself, wondering how I could have let myself go back to eating the way I was and gaining back weight, losing the strength I worked so hard to achieve. Well, I decided to change all that. I don't feel comfortable going to the gym yet so I bought myself some weights and I have been eating a bit better. I found this video and did the whole thing without stopping once. I am so proud of myself and I hope to continue to follow this channel for more workouts.
