This Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class for Strong Legs, Ankles, and Feet will challenge your balance and mental focus. This yoga video is suitable for intermediate yogis and strong beginners.
This standing yoga flow sequence starts and ends in Mountain Pose (no seated or supine poses). We practice one-legged balance poses to strengthen the lower body. Be patient and just have fun with it! It helps to have a sense of humor when you wobble or fall. π
