  1. This was amazing!! Great variety of moves and really felt them working those muscles!! And I like that they were different combinations vs standard crunch, etc. it was like compound moves for the abs and core!! More work in less time …. efficient!! πŸ”₯πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

  2. I added this to the 30 min killer kickboxing workout from last week. Oh. My. God. I'm dead…like laying on the ground, just walk around me, sorry if I'm in your way dead. That was awesome, Ty!!! I'm pretty sure I'll be feeling this one for the next few days.
