tbh i’m a bit confused how to do the sitting leg lifts right and left even tho i’ve been working out for a while.. i just haven’t come across them before and my butt was digging so painfully into the floor so i’m guessing i wasn’t doing it correctly.. if someone could explain the form and technicalities that’d be great 🙂
