  2. Enjoy??! NO. No way. But I do enjoy the results of your intense workouts, Maddie! After about a year of doing your routines, I actually did the whole workout. It wasn't pretty and I had to take one 20 second rest, but I made it. 😫😄

  3. this workout killed me and the exercises were amazing but i hate it when there is almost no rest. I think its better for the muscles to have atleast 10 seconds rest to recover and go into the next exercise wirh more power!

  4. This one was intense! I've been doing one of your videos daily since March. So far I've lost 22 pounds and getting some defintion in my stomach for sure. Can't imagine how far I'd be if I had been doing this video every day!

  5. Being an Indian, curry started to show up in my belly. I've been doing this every day for the last week and my curry has already disappeared. I'm going to continue doing this but at a lesser frequency.
