Enjoy??! NO. No way. But I do enjoy the results of your intense workouts, Maddie! After about a year of doing your routines, I actually did the whole workout. It wasn't pretty and I had to take one 20 second rest, but I made it. 😫😄
this workout killed me and the exercises were amazing but i hate it when there is almost no rest. I think its better for the muscles to have atleast 10 seconds rest to recover and go into the next exercise wirh more power!

i just wanted to ask you if you could do a neck and back friendly workoiut, all the crunching in this really hurts my neck maybe im doing it qrong but it dont feelgood thanks girl

I knew when I was sore after the first exercise that I was in trouble. But I LOVED this workout
this was sooo hard I pushed and pushed but couldn't finish all the exercises!
