  2. I was doing the beginner workout for one week and intermediate workout for another week, this week i go to start doing this workout for already one week and a half too. I go to tell you my results at the end of this.

    1st day: Done ✅ (I think it was very easy, i guess bc i was doing the others workout before)
    2nd day: Done ✅ (Today was more harder, i really fell the burn. See you tomorrow)
    3rd day: Done ✅ (Today was very hard, but no as yesterday. It was good)
    4th day: Rest ✅
    5th day: It's really hard and don't have to much time, so i only did 10 minutes. ✅

    Btw, sorry for my english. I writing this and don't know a lot of.
