Hallo Ivana! Thanks for the wonderful video! Just wanna ask, how many sets do I have to do? I mean I've finished the 15 minute video, do I have to repeat again for another set? How many? And will I do this every single day? Thank you for your response! ❤
Now this is doable for me. Well the forward and reverse was really hard, but all the rest with a bit of balance and gritted teeth I can do. No gym, no heavy weights, Loved it, and as each move was just a minute long with a short rest between each one, thought this was great 👍
