  1. For folks over 60, 65 yrs of age? ….. Try intervals …. of no evening eating, …. with of course, …. a daily modified …. smart diet … of low carb, sugars, smart proteins …. is a super way to feel better, and obviously get more fit! … Imagine? You can still be … 50 at 70 yrs???? ….. With enough discipline, of course? ☺👍💕

  2. That's impossible, almost all food today have sugar

You can't take water more than 8 glasses in one day because if you drink too much your body will just flush it thru and pee a lot..

You can't exercise right because of your time limited.

You can't sleep more as you age because the more you age the more responsibilities you have

  3. This is the most lazy and easiest weight control system I could come up with:
My big secret to a successful change was cutting all the crap out of my diet and adding a little protein to my meals throughout the day. This way you eat significantly less without getting hungry and your weight becomes real easy to manage. Three meals a day and never craving a 4 o'clock snack.
Losing weight means less protein and more food, gaining obviously means the opposite. Of course you still need to eat healthy but you don't have to overdo it and constantly be aware of every little calorie. Works perfectly for me cause I'm not a binge eater and I don't crave unhealthy foods. On top of that I walk 30 minutes every day.

It works wonders and doesn't cost you a penny. It actually saves you a lot on all the crap you normally would eat between meals.

  4. Almost died when he mentioned how to navigate a grocery store. That is exactly what I tell people. The inside aisles are like the island in Jurassic Park 2. Most the dangerous shit that can kill you is on the interior.

  5. I think the biggest problem with weight loss is that people want it to happen overnight. Commit yourself to at least 6 months and do it right, that way not only does the weight stay off, but you will develop healthy long-term habits and learn about your body. Everyone knows what packs on the pounds, you know it the moment you eat it(alcohol, sugar, bread, pizza, etc.). Transitioning from a shit diet and sedentary lifestyle to fitness is not supposed to be "effortless" it takes time and dedication and brings about substantial change in your life in many aspects.
