In addition to nutrients, doesn’t a lot of the pesticides end up in the skins of the vegetables? This is what we’re trying to avoid when we peel something before we cook it. Please clarify as different health professionals give the opposite advice here Should we only keep the skins on vegetables when the vegetables are 100% organic? And trash them otherwise?

Hello everyone. I recently started following MyPlate type of diet and the instructions my dietitian gave me said that the 1/2 of my plate should be salad/vegetables. I don't have access to my dietitian (she is in a public hospital and I can only go once a month…) so any help would be precious. My question is, do boiled and roasted vegetables count as salad? carrots, onions, pepers ets? or will it ruin my diet?
what is the difference between olive oil and VIRGIN olive oil??????????
You’re working so hard, may all your wishes come true.
