  1. I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from "Agoge Diet". I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

  3. Someone told me about site called Agoge Diet. Let me tell you something: This sh*t is really next level!!! Fat cells are leaving my body like never before. Goodbye belly fat. Welcome six pack.

  4. I've had personal trainers in the past – slowly worked out less and less – been years since I've made it a part of my daily/healthy routine – just wanted to comment and say your style of training is personable, not over the top (in a good way lol), extremely effective AND done in a timely manner. So anywho, thanks girl! You're helping me (and many more) grow stronger with each session <3

  5. Day 2 of friend encouraging me to join her workout. Still dying and my core hurts. We decided to have one day of HITT and one day of toning.

Came from 15 MIN DANCE PARTY WORKOUT – Full Body/No Equipment

  6. She really said “it’s only 40 seconds” 😫😫😫 girrlllll. 🥵
This was a great routine. I really felt my muscles getting sore and working. I always catch myself trying to go as fast as fit inspos or people on the videos, when in reality I’m not that advanced. I had to remind myself to slow down use my core muscles and go at a pace that works for me. As I continue and progress I will be able to go faster and get more reps in. Self reminder!!!

  7. Thank you, thank you. Every morning, I look forward to do about 30 to 40 minutes of your workouts. Your calm voice and the tempo of the exercices allow me to concentrate on the specific muscles you have us all working without getting hurt. Thank you!

  8. Love the new format but I just love the workout! the new camera angles helps me see if I'm holding position correctly but again the workouts are really the best!
