I really felt my muscles getting sore and working. I always catch myself trying to go as fast as fit inspos or people on the videos, when in reality I’m not that advanced. I had to remind myself to slow down use my core muscles and go at a pace that works for me. As I continue and progress I will be able to go faster and get more reps in. Self reminder!!!
