None of these exercises train Gluteus Maximus, mainly based on Semitendinosus and Biceps femoris. You can even see the athletes' remarkably trained Semitendinosus and Biceps femoris muscles (posterior thigh), and there's no butt at all.

How come genetics and sprinting are never noted? Lets be honest (and I am a self taught and coached all natural professional figure competitor, 11 years of training deep) genetics are HUGE when it comes to glutes like not even fair huge. Like it makes all the difference in the world. Everyone is just selling the big a** pipe dream to desperate women and they gobble this sh*t up. I see women at my gym doing all this nonsense and their glutes NEVER change. Yet I only see 2 sprinting and their glutes are GLORIOUS, the kind everyone wants. Glutes are huge muscles and their growth and power come from explosive movements. There is no lazy way to get glutes, think soccer players and track runners…yeah, 2 of the hardest sports ever and they have the best glutes ever. This new wave a** obsession is ridiculous to begin with.

Love it! I am a disabled veteran with injuries to the Lumbar and Cervical spine, so these exercises are simple and if done in moderation I can strengthen my core and glutes! Awesome!!!
Great exercises, and one of the best is Bulgarian squat . Nothing can happend for one night. Work,work ,work and you will feel and look good . Dont forget to eat proteins and take some weight when you do the exercises

i find it hard to burn the fat around and grow muscles on the gluteus maximus as my gluteus minimus have started to grow :/ kinda frustrating at times
