  1. I’m 26 days alcohol free not missing the hangovers and my face doesn’t feel bloated any more saving 40£ a week just come here to find more reasons to keep going lost 2 kg I don’t smoke but I breathing seems a little better and I can think more clearly

  2. Some research studies say moderate drinking has health benefits.
Some research studies say any drinking is bad.
What research studies do I trust?
    And why?
    Comments please?

  3. What about all the scientific research that says low to moderate drinking has health benefits? I need confirmation to prove that is wrong to give me motivation to quit. Please comment.

  4. Haha, i am at day week 6, quitted both cigs and alc., seems like i arrived to myself.hiking, learning, clean eat, detox, running..better sensorics..keep it up! 😉

  5. Day 100 for me right now, but I'm not going back, quit for yourself don't let people change you, anxiety and dread is gone starting on day 3. You feel so much more! I also quit weed a month ago along with vaping and coffee and started biking 20km a day. And I was always against taking medication before that, still having side effects from everything, even ended up in emergency because of the chest pains caused by quitting so many things at the same time…

  6. Why the hell cant any one drink in moderation, so that you can have a perfectly balanced fun and sober life together. Learn to live a balanced life.. you gonna have just one life. Just enjoy it.

  7. I'd give up the alcohol, but I'm not a quitter. 37 years with a drink every night. Sometimes very excessive sessions. Now just a few pints. I need the beer to sleep.

  8. Two weeks sober, eating healthy and exercising regularly and for someone who drank most days ate crap and was a couch potato I’m proud of myself.

  9. I lost my grandfather to alcohol
He was a heavy drinker and what was heartbreaking was seeing him suffer in the hospital
Please remember that more than you the effects of alcohol affects your family your loved ones and all those around you
I’ve seen people close to me lose everything they have to alcohol
Money spouse children home cars everything
Life is beautiful and you don’t need alcohol for it
Its crazy how society tries so hard to normalize alcohol when it’s supposed to normalize a healthy life style

  10. Dude – No . You don't get to "succumb to some cocktails" on day 57 – and still post a video about going 100 days alcohol free.
You didn't go 100 days alcohol free – you went 56 days alcohol free. And then you went 43 days alcohol free. Impressive – BUT – neither of those is – you know – a Hundred days – alcohol free.
