Marisa I'm confused, how is resistance training different from reverse dieting? I know I need to get my metabolism up, I'm maintaining on 1170 cal, so what do you actually do to reverse diet if it's not resistance training?

I appreciate your tips on fasting, insulin resistance, exercise and sleep. However, for many women, increased cortisol is an issue and must be lowered in order to lose weight and gain muscle. SLOWING down, having rest days, exercising in a LESS pounding manic way, day after day is the solution to better health for many of us. Thank you.
I usually have chicken and veggies for breakfast. I just prep it the night before and then when I wake up, put it from the fridge to the oven. I go shit and then when I'm done so is breakfast.
