  2. Is it possible that resistance training affects sleep in a negative way? Or can it be a deficiency aggravated with the gym sessions? I started resistance training with a gym coach 1 month ago and for the last week I started waking up at 2-3am and not able to fall back asleep. I remember last year I tried a training with an app I had very bad sleep as well and when i stopped training, my sleep went back to normal (I usually sleep very well, I'm 42 and pretty sure I started perimenopause at least 2 years ago…)
