Whenever my kids see me laying down doing an exercise they suddenly want to jump all over me and play lol. This was the perfect workout to do while theyβre having lunch. Day one I was able to finish the workout but had a hard time doing the third exercise. Today (day 2) I was able to do much more of the third exercise. I plan to continue doing this work! Thank you

Love this! It's so hard to find challenging workouts that are also safe for pregnancy. Might have to adjust the one-leg squat a little in my third trimester but otherwise it's perfect!
