  2. I am doing something wrong, b/c I felt no burn or muscle working. I don't know how to fix it. This is like the 7th channel I've tried too.
    Just to be clear, I have flab arms, tree trunk legs, and my stomach has fat rolls.
    There's no gym where I live either. 😞😥
