  1. Hi I am new here. I am mother of 3 all with cesarean. I have 1 problem which is my tummy especially upeer tummy because I have fatty liver. I only want to reduce my tummy. Is that the right exercise for tummy? Please help me.

  2. Liked it. My only problem was my back hurt a lot while foing bycikle or anything i need have legs in air for long.
    But still i got sweat on my face and had fun doing it. I did tsbata back then but i tryed little weight lifting and running . . But for me i lose pretty good weight but my belly dont look best . And push ups are amazing. They change my chest to normal from those man boobs and get my arms and bacj little bigger. I do them everyday 10-20 every time , like before to sleep or before going to wc or make dinner , just do them .

  3. I try to do different ab routines every day, but this video is in my heavy rotation. I always finish this routine feeling the burn but smiling because Raneir just brings such good energy.
