  1. I usually like Jake's all workouts. But this was at a very high speed. This is abs workout not cardio. I was not able to do a single abs move properly. Disappointed 😥

  2. This is such a killer workout. I've been doing it every day for the past two months and it doesn't seem to get any better! I can get through it, but my abs are absolutely destroyed by the end! I hope it's gets easier over time!
