    I Will do it for 14 days straight (at least)
    I Will update weight every week to check the progress.

    Weight – 81 kg (height – 5ft 10 inches)
    So I am a bit overweight

    Day 1 – ✅ (oh it was so tough for me but I completed it. I took some extra rest of 5-10 seconds between exercises)

    Day 2 – ✅
