So I've had some body issues lately in seeing myself as fit. I gained weight in covide and overall just stopped working out. It's really easy to think I used to be x amount fit and for a long time I was so discouraged to do a workout because it only manifested negativity towards my body. It's been three weeks now and I look forward to ending my day with one of your videos. Thank so much for posting these. They've created positivity for me at a point where I was mentally and physically at one of the darkest points of my life. I really love pairing your videos and this has become one of my regulars! I didn't realize it was supposed to be 3 days of the Booty Lift Cardio and then 4 days of this and I just did the cardio until I couldn't anymore (2 rounds) and then did this 😭
Although I personally like working my abs the most, this video is one of my favorites because of how inspirational Cassey is in this one! Thank you so much Cassey; you do so much to inspire us!
