  1. Nice job, great video! I love this machine. This machine is a outstanding finisher for the burn and a awesome blood pump I get from it after I finish my sets on the barbell back squats. I also use it as a warm up before I hit my barbell back squats too. Its a great workout machine by itself, for people who can't do back squats. Like people who suffer from lower back, knee or hip pain. All around great machine.

  3. I have hip dysplasia and use a stationary bike for Exercise. I am intrested in this because it dosen't seem like it puts too much pressure on your hips. Is this good for people with hip problems to not putting to Much pressure on your hips are is this not Good for people like me very intrested in feedback.
