I did this workout for the first time and it actually is fun beside the obvious; challenging. I would give myself like a 7.4; at the end I really struggled + it will take me about one or two weeks to actually do the exercises “perfect”. If you did this workout and struggled as well; don’t give up. It really gets better if you stick to working out regularly!!^^

Day 1: not bad didn't burn or anything wasn't to hard it was just right for me it wasn't to hard and it was not to easy it was just right for me.
