    Nah they are nut eaasyyyy, more like Medium Level 🙂 Still very effective and intense, but not on a "I'm gonna collapse" level.

  2. I did this workout for the first time and it actually is fun beside the obvious; challenging. I would give myself like a 7.4; at the end I really struggled + it will take me about one or two weeks to actually do the exercises “perfect”.
    If you did this workout and struggled as well; don’t give up. It really gets better if you stick to working out regularly!!^^
