    I was doing Chloe ting and emi Wong workout at my start but after few months they were not showing effects at all No offense but they are suitable for beginner and now so many months of working out I am now at intermediate level .
    So then I started Pamela Reif workout and the results are amazing
    Like boom I lost lot of fat around my belly and lost almost 1 kg in 8 days I know my body doesn't lose weight quickly being working out for almost 10 months I lost 8kgs with normal homemade food everyone's body is different so is mine now I luv working out daily seeing forward to lose more kgs

    w/o's, I was watching someone else, and every 3 minutes there's an ad for 15 seconds, that's plenty of time to be demotivated! You have the best ab workouts anyway! Thanks Pamela! Keep up the hard work girl!
