  2. Day one, i did half of the work out bc i just couldnt finish it💀

    Day 2, I finished it but while doing it my top abs ig u can say burned and then after i was done doin it it stopped i also woke up the top area of my abs was kinda sore

  3. This is great.. I am a complete couch potato.. But i started taking care of diet and light exercises.. This is a great starter.. I recommend anyone like me to start with this..ull feel the burn if u have a weak core.. Dont care about building abs.. Focus on core strength.. Do this only thrice a week.. Dont push urself and dont worry even if u feel this is hard.. I couldnt get thru half of it initially.. And now i can. So let the body adapt.. Thanks for this video

  5. I love this workout!!I have a weird tailbone so I can't do alot of other ab workouts that require me to balance or hold myself up on my tailbone because it hurts so much. I would love to see ab another workout like this. I do this one at least twice a week.

Well I am new to working out with actual training so looked for a beginner ab workout and found this. Thanks it was a workout and I can fit my abs burning!   7. I always avoided diets because I thought I wouldn't be able to eat pizza or pancakes. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet allows me to have cheat meals and still keep my fitness journey on track. If you don't believe me, visit their site and try it yourself.

  8. Gonna do what many others did and see if I can get away with doing this for a month. I'd say I have about 20 lbs of girth on my waist I need to deal with and I also just desperately need my core strengthened.

    ✅ Day 1: Painful. I had to modify some of these exercises, like the planks, because I'm heavy. It is also fairly smoky out due to forest fires, so gave myself a water and air break in the middle (Solid one minute 🤷🏻‍♀️). I did make it through and felt the burn though.

  9. Ran it through twice after I did some back and bi's today! Great ab finisher or complete workout for beginners! 3 sets of this is a decent ab day! 👌😁
