  4. I bought Glute Loops months ago but never felt motivated to use them. I found this video in February and have been doing the workout once a week and am noticing a huge difference! Not only in my muscle tone and filling out my yoga pants better (lol), but also ability to maintain good form in other workouts, including yoga. Just want to say I really appreciate this short and effective workout and finding your channel — thank you!

  5. I am someone who is naturally rather toned and build upper body muscles easily… But those legs… I have low bodyfat but my butt is sagging. Also for these workouts I just never feel it in my butt its's always legs and a bit of core. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
    I feel like maybe it just isn't building muscle because I don't engage it properly.. but HOW?

  7. I've been doing her arms workout and it works great so I decided to do this one as well.
    I have been working out my glutes for a while, but it's shrinking, or at least it's not growing when I measure it.
    This was hard to do, like it hurt my pelvis, but didn't feel so much burn.

    Can someone tell me if I'm doing it wrong? Like the area where my legs and pelvis are connected (idk if that made sense) hurts and idk what I'm doing wrong, and why my booty ain't growing while my arms are from her arms workout. PLS HELP

  8. hello there! have been following you and your very nice exercises for quite some time now! so, first of all, thanks!
    my feedbacks are the following: new music and timing between movement and rythm; having few more seconds between different types of exercises because especially with equipment it might take some time to adjust, please please separate those on the ground from the others standing up…I find I'm losing a lot of time to switch position while it would be easier to just keep down and do all movements from the ground and then all others standing up!
