  1. I need help with a workouts. I mean I’m trying to lose weight for almost a month. I don’t eat only steam veggies and fish, no junk at all. I’m doing intermittent fasting and also do a treadmill and exercise along with it. 1 or 2 hours workout 6 days a week. But still I’m not seeing a difference at all. Hardly I lose like .5 that’s it. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Do I need a special workout or do I need to include something important in my diet. Plz can someone help me. I’m really upset.

  2. Yo I’m gonna do this every morning ( I weigh 157, I’m 5’7, and 13 years old) so like I’ll update y’all like every Friday or somthin idk, I already work oit and like play volleyball but I could be more active in the morning just to wake me up yk, I wish anyone else doing this some good luck!
