All i want is just some tips. I am 13 and 63 kg. My height is 1.64 so 5 inches 5 feet. How can i lose about 10 kg in two weeks? I want a diet and a good programme for my age. If someone knows please help me. I hate my body. I am like a fat 🐷.

i’m already an hourglass figure, i wanted my stomach more toned and defined but i don’t wanna lose weight in my butt or my hips and i was wondering if this workout would help with that. can someone please tell me?
I used to be basically one of the most flat people you'll ever meet but just after a little more than a week, there is a significant difference. One of my friends even said how I had a good butt lol

Starting weight: 124.7 lbs Day 1: It was a little hard to get through towards the end but I did it 😀 Day 2: Also really hard to get through just because my family was home and I was trying to hide from them while I did the workout 💀 Day 3: still really hard to get through and it definitely burned but it was great

At what time we have to do this exercise. I mean in morning or evening and before eating something or after eating something. Also can it also reduce stomach fat ?
Day 1: I didnt do the last two but i kept pausing😭💆♀️ Day 2: i didnt pause this time and i still didnt do the last two but i tried and my legs and butt are sore😭….i did it again but the second time was harder than the first but i guess im just tired from all the things of today Day 3:i did better than yesterday but im not doing the last two hehe….second time i can say i did much better but i dont think im ever gonna do the last two😂 Day 4: took a walk, i see my hips are getting bigger Day 5:I managed to to do everything except the last two in the morning….i didnt do second time Day 6: I skipped the morning one(school things) and i did the afternoon one and i see my hips growing Day 7:
guys it works! I've been seeing results over 5-7 weeks. It'll hurt at the beginning, but you'll get used to it!

Today is ma 1st day nd I sweat a lot let see the result after 1month
It works,6 says in and already seeing what looks like someone cut out vs on my sides
